Super convenient and literally inside the station

Wonderful hotel and staff!

My favourite thing about the room was the four step skin care provided and ofc the view! The wait time in the lobby lounge could improve. Overall, amazing experience. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Arigato :)

Kyoto Brighton was a high quality hotel our family stayed at during the second half of our Japan trip. One thing that really impressed us was the staff's friendliness and professionalism - very respectful and bowing during each greeting. The hotel was very spacious and the rooms and bathrooms were large to accommodate us 4 comfortably. Location was good - just far enough from the busyness, and they offer a shuttle service which we used multiple times (convenient). The Hotel was right next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace which was beautiful and relaxing place to relax and walk. There is a controlled entry into the main palace areas but it is free and worth the time to visit. We loved how the hotel had different housekeeping options (i.e. trash, towels, supplies only, no making beds, etc...)- all we had to do was pick the options and hang the doortag on the handle. Only thing was that they didn't have laundry machines to do laundry but instead had dry clean/laundry service which was additional costs. We ended up walking 8 minutes to a laundromat which was fine with us. Overall great experience and appreciate the high quality hotel and staff.

Amazing hotel in Tokyo. Our room was fabulous. Super spacious, comfortable bedding, all the room amenities you can ask for. The bathtub/shower was a hot. So big and amazing with great water pressure. Incredibly clean, great service, super quiet hotel convenient enough to metro stops but far enough from the crazy hustle and bustle of Tokyo’s busy areas. Loved the breakfasts and they had a super cool speak easy style bar to hang out in also. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel in Tokyo. Our room was fabulous. Super spacious, comfortable bedding, all the room amenities you can ask for. The bathtub/shower was a hot. So big and amazing with great water pressure.
