Great stay. The service level is one of the best I've had. One small criticism would be that having stayed for nearly 2 weeks, the breakfast buffet options were the same every single day. The location of the property was great. A little confusing to get to because of the construction around the area but it was very close to Shibuya station. The property was well maintained and we got an early check in which was much appreciated. We also got to relax in the hospitality room while our room was made ready for us.
