The hotel was beautiful. The views from the 27th floor are incredible. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Shibuya, Japan!

We stayed here for our first anniversary, and the hotel made the occasion feel extra special. They surprised us with freshly baked sweets and a lovely card in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great pool and spa, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood with plenty to see and do. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was spotless, the staff accommodated an after hours room make up after we accidentally left the do not disturb sign on, and they noticed we were drinking all of the coffee k cups and left more of the types we liked best. It was a very comfortable stay.

The Cerulean is a beautiful hotel. We are so pleased we chose to stay there. The rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds and linens. The view from the room is spectacular. The bathroom is lovely and well appointed with amenities including hairdryer and curling iron/ hair straightener. There was also an iron. The staff is always making sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay. The restaurant with its buffet breakfast is excellent. I hope to stay here again one day!

Second time staying here. Super-convenient access to Shibuya station, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet, and has a nice view. The staff went above and beyond assisting with our bags when we arrived early, and arranging a taxi when we departed. Rooms are relatively small but comfortable and well-appointed.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the turndown service was fantastic. We had a room with access to the Cerulean lounge which added another dimension to our travels to Tokyo. With japanese treats and delicious coffees and ice cream every day, it was a treat.
