We have stayed here before and the hotel has lookled a little "tired". We had a a refurbished room and it was small but good. A 5 star ibis. Tremendous effort by the staff here to provide a near luxury experience. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Communal areas are like a boutique hotel, not a chain. Large car park with electric chargers. On a retail park so numerous shopping options on the doorstep.
