Oahu Romantic Vacations

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, I really enjoyed your hotel. Over the past three months while visiting Honolulu, I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra, and the 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. Of those properties, I found your hotel to be one of my favorites in terms of the overall experience and service. However, the biggest issue was the room assigned to me, Room 510. While I understood that the room did not have a balcony, I was very surprised by its location and view. The room directly faced the parking garage, and throughout the day and night I was subjected to constant noise from vehicles entering the garage, accelerating around the corners, and screeching their tires. In all of my years of travel, I can honestly say this was one of the two worst room locations I have ever experienced. I was genuinely surprised that a room with this type of configuration and exposure to noise would be assigned to a guest without any prior warning. That said, my concern is not with the hotel overall, which I truly enjoyed, but specifically with the location and quality of this particular room. I hope management will review this room assignment and consider either disclosing the limitations more clearly or taking steps to mitigate the noise impact for future guests.

Everything I could ask for in a hotel/resort for a Hawaiian vacation was fantastic. Great/easy valet service, all staff friendly and very helpful for any question. Variety of stores, and a Starbucks in the lobby!! Breakfast buffet and lounge area was sublime way to start the day, and the night time appetizers/drink was very filling. All of Waikiki within a few minutes walk which was very convenient. ONLY thing I could request is room service should go later than 9pm.

the place was very nice and well kept staff was good breakfast and resteraunt on site were great the atmosphere seems alot laid back vs other resorts not to over crowded beach on site is ok kinda small and limited big thing for myself is they're was no hot tub on site not sure if I would come back or not

What a little gem! Our balcony looks right at the fireworks on Friday night, the infinity pool and service was excellent. My husband and I both agreed they make you feel like you are home. The concierge, Anton, I believe his name was, helped us book tours around the bad weather, giving great advice. It’s within walking distance of everything.
