Staff is very friendly. Valet and bell hop service is amazing. Housekeeping staff kind and courteous. We were greeted every morning by name.

This Hotel (which I have stayed at many times and recommended many times) has fallen from a pre covid 5 star luxury hotel with impeccable service and amenities, to a very expensive 3 star hotel with NO Room Service, cheap pool furniture, dirty bathrooms, Worn and torn carpets and small trash/clutter all about. Historically for the last 100 years it has competed with the nearby Hale Kalani hotel for elegance and service…It now appears to have lost its will to compete or even care. It is nothing close to the 5 star service, cleanliness, and elegance of the Hale Kalani. Everything that made The Pink Palace what it once was is now dead! Thank you Marriot for taking over and driving this iconic hotel right into the ground. Great Job destroying a legacy!
