No hot water. It was the worst travel experience I have had.

Will not stay here again. Rooms were cute and it was a good location with a good appeal on the outside but internally, it seems to be run poorly. They have a system for smoking that they refuse to do anything about regardless of their system being faulty. Got charged a large fee for “smoking” in a room, however, this was untrue. Found out we were not the only guests who experienced this and while trying to resolve the issue we were told by the front desk that the hotel will typically not refund, most people just dispute. In my opinion that’s wild and a little sketchy! Poor customer service with little to no resolve in guests issues was the general impression I got. Hair dryer in the room did not work and the shower leaked. Check in took a very long time. Overall just not a great guest experience and will not be staying again. There are definitely better stays in NYC for less of a headache.

Small, unique clean room

The Virgin hotel was lovely! Great view from the room. Restaurant & pool area were great. Would definitely stay there again.

The power outlets were sparse and old which made the connection very loose. Also no direct USB-C ports which made it hard to charge anything bedside. The rooms were very small and after opening bags, there were no wiggle room to move around and adjust.
