Staff was friendly and fun. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved it there. Some helpful feedback is that the shuttle was handy but since there were 2 different loops, it was always confusing to riders which one they should get on, meaning only by asking the driver would you know.. no sign on it. We would go back!

Second time there, but we where disheartened with the lack of bar service at the pool areas. Last year we were asked about drinks several times throughput the hour. This time, about once an hour. The staff within Beloved were very shourt handed and took almost 30 minutes to get water or soda after sitting down.
