The whole property was amazing!!

Great location, view and Starbucks downstairs

Well for starters our check in time was 3pm and we arrived after that from Ohio so assumed the room would be ready—-we didn’t get into our room until 4:30pm as the receptionist told us it was being cleaned when we got there. Then somehow because it was not double checked, my email was submitted with an incorrect letter so ended up with minimal communication and receipts. Then we order from Black Tap online to pickup at the restaurant (the food was great!) however, it said ready in about 30 min—-I signed us up for both EMAIL AND TEXT to alert when the food was going to be ready and we got NOTHING. We sat patiently waiting for over an hour and a half and finally my husband just went there and it had been sitting on the table waiting for idk how long—-still never got a text or email as I signed up to as it’s busy as heck around there and then it’s sitting in a bag just getting cold…. Also found a woman’s fake glittery nail in our hotel bathroom. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of actual service and the whole experience as we were first timers doing all our stuff right, just to be disappointed
