"The overall stay was nice. They check in on you through text message which is convenient. There were, however, small holes in our sheets throughout our stay. So questionably small and frayed that they looked as if something chewed the holes in them. Was quite shocking to see so many holes in one large king sheet. "

"We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the convenience of location . So many metro lines around. Also walking distance to most places we wanted to see. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great too. If you can, get a higher floor as NY is so loud 24/7. "

"Expensive but worth it. Two adults & 2 younger kids. We got a one bedroom suite that was HUGE. Most of the reasonably priced rooms in the city are the size of shoe boxes. NOTE: though they list that the room sleeps 4 , it doesn’t without rollaways. But the rooms are so big that the rollaways fit no problem. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet-never heard neighbors above, below, or to the sides. Usual NYC noise on the street at all hours but not bad with a white noise machine. Ask for a higher...

"the experience was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door. The spa services was amazing, the staff was attentive, very clean hotel, bedroom ,big bathroom. we loved our stay, the gym was clean, emasculate, nice and moderate size and a nice movement separate gym. "
