위치는 샤모니 버스터미널이랑 좀 되는데 QC TERME 랑 멀지 않고 뷰가 예뻐요. 근데 방에 에어컨이 없어서 여름에 더웠습니다. 방은 생각보다 넓고 깨끗했어요. 화장실은 좀 작은데 샤워부스는 넓어서 씻는데 불편함은 없었습다. 프런트에 문의하면 교통권 줘요

좋은 시설 좋은 숙소
시설 좋고 굉장히 큰 규모의 숙소였습니다. 약간 리조트 느낌이 납니다. 엘레베이터 있고 대부분의 면에서 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 더구나 새벽 1시 넘어 도착했는데 24시간 체크인이 가능해서 그부분도 참 좋았습니다. 예약하면서 그 부분에 대해 미리 메일 문의를 했었는데 아주 친절하게 답메일을 보내줘서 좋았습니다.

Great place to stay. Super convenient for skiing and short walk to restaurants, cafes and shops in the town. Only thing for parents of young kids to be aware of is it's a bit of a party hotel. The music noise doesn't carry to the rooms but lots of noise from drunk people going back to their rooms in the middle of the night.

I loved the location of the property it was perfect! However the staff were not very friendly and wouldn't be of much service to you. They would just offer you the bare minimum and wouldn't offer you a welcoming, friendly persona that you should have when staying at a hotel.

Disappointing
The hotel has a poor service. The heater was broken, we complained 3 times and the manager did not fix. Put a portable one which is lousy. No heater in our room. The telephone was also broken and management did nothing. The staff is overwhelmed by the amount of work and provides a poor service. The shows should be an attractions but they are nothing like in the mountains. The breakfast is also very poor, the hotel did not even have sufficient cups and cutlery for all the guests. It was really bad and for sure we will never return to a La Folie Douce Hotels.

Mediocre at best
The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Everything else was really overrated. The first night we really could not sleep at all due to the club downstairs. I am surprised that not more people complain about this as it is impossible to sleep. The spa is very mediocre. Hammam out of order and 2 saunas which were packed. No hot tub and outdoor heated pool very cold! The only saving grace was the breakfast which was good

Fantastic hotel.The wooden deck on the front Bar needs to have some work done on it . Having ski shop and every hotel guest gets a locker for ski gear is great setup. Can hire all ski gear right in the basement of hotel. Would stay again

Bon séjour en couple, à refaire !
Très bonne nuit dans une chambre classique, par contre pas de thermostat pour le chauffage dans la chambre et le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas. Literie très bonne. Les shows sont exceptionnel, un grand bravo aux danseuses et chanteuses .... pendant l'apéro dans ce magnifique bar ou même pendant le repas, vraiment une ambiance formidable. Autre gros point négatif, au restaurant, fuir les tables proches de l'entrée, des énormes courant d'air à en tomber malade, c'était horrible ce froid à ne pas pouvoir apprécier correctement le diner ...

L’hôtel est joli et le petit dej très bien. En revanche plus de place au parking quand nous sommes arrivés, personnel pas du tout accueillant au check in ainsi que beaucoup d’attente. Côté piscine, les 3/4 des casiers ne fonctionnent pas et j’ai un gros doute sur les 26 degrés annoncés. Côté chambre, simple vitrage, et pour mettre le chauffage il faut faire plus d’1m85 pour pouvoir l’allumer.
