“Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. “Stayed for one night for a catch up with friends and a visit to Cheshire Oaks. Very well located to the outlet stores and also to the centre of Chester for food and drinks in the evening. The property was good value for a one night stay, not the comfiest place we've stayed but had everything we needed for the night. “Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. ”

“The property was decorated to a high standard based on the area of Chester, located in a quiet area with own parking spot and an easy walk into Chester. I had to contact the owner prior to arriving and he couldnt have been more helpful and responsive. Chester is a beautiful area and i would definately stay at the Roman retreat when we return ”

“Brilliant location, easy car parking, lovely continental breakfast, can buy full English breakfast. Comfortable kingsize bed, bath and shower, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in bathroom. Iron and hairdryer in wardrobe. Would highly recommend the Chester Grosvenor Hotel. Just the prefect getaway.”

“We had a nice one night stay at the Mill hotel. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The spa area is lovely, with a good sized pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The use of lights under the water creates a really luxury atmosphere. The room was fairly dated and there were some things which weren’t very clean (eg sheet/pillow case/bath) but it wasn’t bad overall. The breakfast was okay but I’ve had much better elsewhere, especially as a vegetarian. More cereal, pastry/bread and fresh fruit...
