“Amazing property, beautiful atmospheric. So quiet and yet within 5/10 minutes walking fabulous restaurant’s and museums/landmarks but what makes this hotel outstanding are the hosts who are so welcoming. “My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it.”

Website said “coffee in common areas”, but I never found it, if available. Kettle, fridge, dishes in the room, but no coffee — even instant. For my 1-night stay, it was fine walking to a beach café for take-out ☕️. Wifi was an issue as trying to make arrangements with a group.”

“For the price paid the accommodation was very good, clean and larger than a Parisian hotel room. Towels were enough including the beach towel. The view is superb from the table in front of the door. The only miss was the coffe for the provided machine but the girl at the reception was helpful and the problem was solved.”

“We stayed for 3 nights at the Lux Villa Ifigenia location in Theriso Village If you looking to stay in a very original, authentic home both unique and old-fashioned that is located in a very small and quiet village, this might be a good option for you. Be prepared though for 3 floor living, tight circular stairs, lots of antique decor and furnishings, base-only showers, inconsistent hot water etc. The AC and WiFi both work well though and there is off-street parking.
