“Pros: Beautiful and clean small hotel. The staff amazing and very attentive. Felt safe to walk around el Poblado at any time. Cons: Very small rooms, enough space for barely 2 people. Also, keep in ind that you are in El Poblado, so there is partying till 5 am, therefore, you can hear the loud music in your room. The biggest issue was the bed mattress. It was so uncomfortable as it was thin and hard. You could feel the mattress springs to the point that we had to flip the mattress to see if...

“The hotel is nice and well kept, however the service especially at breakfast could be improved. The staff regularly ignores you and are always chatting among them. On more than two occasions I had to call them so they can give me coffee. The area around the hotel is nice, safe. The hotel does not have an ATM or shop. They send you across the street to SantaFe mall. Breakfast could have more options. The suite was ok, nothing outstanding. ”
