“This hotel has the best WiFi in all of El Chalten. Wherever we went it was so bad. The views are like no other because the hotel sits on top of a hill. Service was excellent, especially from Florencia who helped me practice my Spanish. We had dinner here one night and food was spectacular. Our stay was very memorable ”

“Loved the historical features in the hotel and room whilst it still felt modern and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met....

“The hotel is located close to the more peaceful part of the park - this means however that a lot of driving or long transfers are needed for the Eastern parts. Transfers and activities are horribly expensive, but this is the case everywhere in Torres del Paine. Overall, we liked the location as the roads were empty, we had our own car and the views from our room were magnificent. A few other positives: the spa was great, even if at times it felt crowded. The staff there were very friendly and...

“The carpet in the hallway is showing wear. We were upgraded to a suite but the HVAC dìd not work. We asked for help at front desk but no help was given. No resolution to the problem. ”

“시내랑 조금 떨어져 있긴 한데, 다른 호스텔들도 비슷비슷한 곳에 모여있으니 그렇게 무리가 있지는 않습니다. 방에 샤워실, 화장실, 세면대 있습니다. 자리마다 전기콘센트 있습니다. 바닥에 온돌을 한건지 따뜻한 기운이 올라오는데, 이거 꽤나 밤에 춥지 않게 해줍니다. 공용공간이 많이 넓고, 마당 뷰가 좋습니다. 스테프는 영어 잘하고 잘 도와줍니다. 모레노 빙하 미니트레킹, 빅 아이스 등도 현장에서 체크인 할때 같이 예약도 가능하니 잘 이용하시면 따로 발품 안 팔아도 편하게 다녀오실 수 있습니다. 그리고 큰 검정색 댕댕이를 키우는데, 저는 강아지를 좋아해서 문제는 없었지만 싫으시다면 고려하실 사항이겠네요. 친구들도 많이 사귀고, 피자도 만들어서 같이 한잔도 하고 social 활동하기에는 좋은 곳입니다. 호스텔 안에서 바베큐도 팔고 맥주도 따로 팔고 그러는데 조금 비싸지만 괜찮아 보입니다. 저는 안먹었어요 ㅋㅋ. 다음에 칼라파테를 와야하면 여기를 다시 오겠습니다.”

“The hotel is comfortable, you can walk to restaurants, cafes ext. they have an excellent restaurant. It’s small so make a reservation. Breakfast is ok, front desk staff Franco, Alan & Leonel were very helpful. ”

“전체적으로 만족했음. 위치가 엘 칼라파테 시내에서 좀 떨어져 있음(버스 정류장에서 도보로 약 10분이나 언덕을 올라가야 함). 그 대신 언덕에 위치했기 때문에 아르헨티노 호수를 내려다보는 뷰가 좋은 편. 바에 직원이 종종 없고 그다지 친절하진 않지만, 룸서비스가 가격대비 휼륭한 편임.”

“The hotel is well-located less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip but in a very quiet area just uphill. If you don't like walking uphill or downhill this may not be the place for you, but I found it very convenient. The room is clean and simple, pillows are comfortable, water is hot. The breakfast is great, it actually includes a small portion of eggs with the usual pastries and tea/coffee. The view from the breakfast room over the town and onto the lake beyond is gorgeous.”
