“Because of the blackout, my family had a one of the most terrible night. I was very disappointed also by poor service of this hotel afterwards. 밤늦게 전기차단기가 내려가 갑자기 정전이 되는 바람에, 제대로 씻지도 자지도 못하고 가족들 모두 정말 고생했습니다. 늦은 시간 샤워중 정전이 되어 당황하고 피곤한 상태의 손님들에게 호텔에서는 두층 떨어진 다른 방의 열쇠 하나만 주었고, 아파트식 숙소 특성상 다른방으로 짐을 옮기기가 힘든 구조인데도, 그 외에는 아무 조치가 없었습니다. 멈춘 세탁기 안에 있던 빨래를 꺼내서 다음날 새벽 찬물에 손빨래를 하고, 아침에 체크아웃할때까지도 전혀 유용한 조치나 정중한 사과는 없었습니다.”

“Our apartment was far better than I’d expected for the price. It was spacious, had amazing views and was well equipped. And we were even offered a change of towels during our 7 day stay. The pool and pool area were superb and the reception staff on duty were friendly and helpful. All in all we were delighted with our apartment. ”

“It was a little far from the beach but great. The room was clean, big and luxury. The garden and pool was fantastic. And our rentcar had a problem so we needed to contact the rent car office. The staff helped us to communicate to the end so we could get result”

“Lejlighederne er perfekte til ophold, hvor man ønsker mulighed for at lave mad i lejligheden og for at have plads til forskellige aktiviteter. Hele blokken er brugt gennem årene, og der er behov for vedligehold. Vi havde meget fin hjælp af vedligeholdelses sektionen og rengøring/hulhjælpen fungerer perfekt. Et lille problem rapporteret via mail kl. 10, og kl. 11 kom der en medarbejder og løste problemet. Så alt i alt et fint ophold. ”

“This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!”

Der Pool wurde erst nach dem wir im Unterkunft angekommen sind gefüllt sehr unhygienisch hatten bedenken es zu nutzen haben beobachtet das es nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt wurde Im Holzboden draußen haben wir an mehrten Stellen Holzsplitter entdeckt. Haben zu erste ein Zimmer bekommen im Untergeschoss was neben einem Abstellkammer war es roch stark nach Schimmel wo es...

“Clean great location but upset promised a queen bed got twins. Told they would try the second night but no call one way or another. Didn’t like the onsite restaurant couldn’t get a glass on wine to sit outside in the sun . ”
