“I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) ”

“Great location by the station, and good to have the option of doing some simple cooking with the apartment kitchen. Really enjoyed staying there, although the room was rather small and plain for the price. I imagine more suited to groups than older couples.”

“The location was excellent, loads of history, the development of the site and apartment are to a high standard and there are plenty of good restaurants. Although car parking is available it can be a bit of a problem for people with mobility problems. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location.”

“Royal William Yard is an excellent development and all the apartments there are beautifully designed and finished, although now a few years old. This was a good example of the accommodation at RWY and provided an enjoyable base for our break in Plymouth.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious modern and spotlessly clean. Bar area was modern and open however the area around the property, despite the fact it is near the marina, was grotty. Plymouth centre is not particularly pleasant anyway but perhaps once developed, the area around will look less of a mess.”
