If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

“There was a bottle of wine, some chips, some coffee and sugars to get you started on your vacation. The neighbors below and to the side were quiet. Tesco Express is just around the corner. Located at the City Center with the things we had planned to do so walking everywhere worked. The property was clean.”

“Great location close to Queen's University and a 15 min walk from the central bus station, with a handy Tesco direct just around the corner. Property clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue with the oven but communication was excellent so would still highly recommend this property.”

Brian and Cora were lovely hosts, provided all the information I needed for my stay, were very helpful in making dinner reservations, very accommodating to my schedule for checking out, and provided great relaxation services on short notice. “The rooms and owners were great. Breakfast was wonderful. The views were incredible. Loved sitting out on the shore. Quiet and restful the only issue we had is that no restaurants were open after 7 pm. So we had to eat before heading back to Portaferry. Would highly recommend.”
