“The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. “When arriving to Kuun Taak, we got our walk-thru and I really liked what I saw. The property is very beautiful and has a second floor since we booked the family section with two bedrooms, private hot tub and a private pool. The hot tub on the second floor still had leaves in it. This was a huge disappointment since I was looking forward to the hot tub after a long trip..but I digress and I didn't make a big deal at the time. I was told that if I make a request that the hot tub would be prepared....

“We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !”

“View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t...

“Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice.”
