“Unit was great. Dryer did not work. Hallways and door to unit are pretty shabby.But it was great to help my daughter recover from surgery.”

“Stay and everything was good. Place is close to the airport and a short drive to other attractions. The only concern was the lack of communication about the property instructions and check-in rules. And a very disturbing conversation with a We Host Customer support begging for the WiFi password!! If these information was give before hand, everything would have been grate.”

“Place was amazing, definitely coming back to this property whenever we visit Washington again. Only a few little things I would suggest, for example we were short on towels, and toilet paper since the quality wasn’t so good it run out super fast. Kitchen stove is gas and nothing to turn it on was provided. So if you’re going to use the stove either bring matches or a lighter. Overall, place is awesome and “We host” has a great service.”

“Enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was lovely and lively. The apartment mostly had everything I needed - except a washcloth. I also would have loved hand soap and a complimentary bottle of water. The space was very clean. I enjoyed the amenities of the building. I would stay again. ”

“Location and access were great except for the significant construction happening right next to the building on two high rise condo complexes. The space is nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. I would recommend that the carpets be cleaned and avoid using artificial plug in fragrance. I did not use the kitchen, dining or living room, but they were tidy and equipped with cooking and food prep tools. I’m sure having access to the pool would be fun! Very nice gym, too!”

“Super clean, convenient and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the property while moving her out of her college dorm. The apartment was extremely clean, nice plush carpet and comfortable beds. The terrace is a very nice to have with a table and comfortable chairs provided. Parking was $20 a day- not bad for the area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. The Front Desk staff was delightful especially Cameron. A few cons: shower pressure was horrible, overall shower/tub...

“This property is horrible. It is not inhabitable, yet alone worthy of being rented out to guests. There is black mold growing on the bath tube! The entire unit reeks of mold odors. In fact, as soon as you enter the building’s front lobby, you can smell the mold. As an Engineer who designs major infrastructure for a living, I would highly recommend against occupying the dwelling unit advertised on this page. It is unsafe, and unfit to house humans. Black mold can cause serious respiratory issues!...

“The property staff was very nice and tentative to our needs during our stay. We had an issue with our room and they changed our room that was more suitable.”

“View was immaculate. Room was accommodating. Some major amenities were not available during entire duration of stay (wi fi) and some ice machines. The ocean view made it worth the stay.”
