"The new Otani Osaka was in the perfect location that gave us a beautiful view of the Osaka Castle. The room was clean, spacious, and had a good amont of amenities such as a mini fridge. "If you plan to take either the trains or subway, the Hilton is at their door-steps. Also great for shopping whether high end or low end. On top of all that this is an American hotel with live music at the bar! "

Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."
