And the 5-course dinner was extraordinary, reminding me of the flavours and ingredients I had left behind when I left Europe. I also loved how the meal was presented."

The dining and drinks were excellent as was the staff. Our only complaint was that we booked for only three nights. Next time, we’ll be sure to book longer and during the winter so we can see the massive 6-sided, 3-storey fireplace bring the Chateau to life."
