“The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay special was the wonderful lady who looked after everything. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking, and always went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Her outstanding hospitality made us feel completely at home. She is a real credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay...

“The food is i little expensive for what they serve, and is better when the woman cook than the man.”

“Perfect care free getaway. Very clean rooms. Everything freash. Good food. Ocean. Can’t wish for more. Staff very helpful.”

“친절한 응대, 이튿날 물이 새서 카운터에 얘기하니 즉각적으로 방을 바꿔주고 나갈때 택시를 불러주는 등 좋은 서비스를 받고 갑니다. ”

“Rooms bespoke, spacious and charming decor. Staff friendly and attentive. Just outside of main area which we wanted and a relaxing stroll to the main beach and restaurant area in Agadir. Authentic music live in the bar in the evening. We had a hamman and massage which was very nice. Resident pets, dogs and tortoise! We liked everything about our stay and will return again when we visit friends that live in Agadir. Thanks Riad Villa Blanche”

“Good hotel”

“너무나도 멋진 장소였고, 서비스 좋은 직원들과, 좋은 시설,로 매우 좋았습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은, 기본 물품이 빈약합니다. ”

“The location of the property is excellent for both the city and the beach. The property is extremely clean house keeping was excellent. The room i booked was a pool view room but right in front of my room was a wall but with a side view of the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a let down lots of unlaid tables the coffee machines (3) were either broken or off which meant you had to stand in line waiting for a coffee from the barista. It is a shame because there were lots and lots of staff but they...

“닌방이 전혀 안된다”

“The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. On arrival, there was a strong smell of urine coming from the toilet, and the showerhead and sinks had visible mould. The drinking water provided had a very unpleasant, salty taste, almost like seawater. The restaurant was advertised as being open until 10pm, but on one occasion we arrived at 9:30pm to find it already closed. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food choices. Dinner was enjoyable, although the selection was also...
