โThe staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to cook us with delicious vegan food. Their potato soup and guacamole were incredibly delicious! They also helped us by driving us to the Salt Mines of Maras, Moray & Ollantaytambo for a reasonable price. They had warm water and good WiFi connection which isnโt always the norm in Peru. Highly recommend if youโre in Urubamba. โ
โAll staff members were fantastic . We are a complete vegetarian family. They were able to modify their meat dishes to vegetarian dishes so we can still have Peruvian food experience. The hotel is really pretty, and luxurious. Resort type feel. โ
โThis hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on.
When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....
โThe room is spacious and includes a kitchen, but the kitchen isnโt very clean. While the location is not convenient, itโs helpful that Uber is available in the area.โ
โSuch an adorable spot. We loved how unique it was. Staff set up a trip to pisca for the day. We had massages in the evening and dinner at the restaurant. So happy we stayed hereโ
โLovely hotel, really enjoyed the quiet, calm setting at the foot of a steep mountain, with the sound of a stream rushing by and wonderful gardening including tons of flowers. Adding to the peace and quiet, the rooms are in separated cottages, with fireplaces, big comfy beds, good linens, and outdoor seating. Very tasteful, this is a family owned hotel where the details have been chosen with care, and it shows. Lorena, Julio and the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful, lit fires for us,...
