“The staff were so nice and helpful. It’s a small resort and on the other side of the island. If you’re interested in just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you can book tours, experiences, or car rental/service at the front desk for an additional fee. This is a different all inclusive where there isn’t room service or multiple restaurants to choose from. There is one bar and one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at set times....

“location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. After a day in the sun, showering in the room was just painful. 2-no iron in-room. You must go to iron room (sweat box) or request ironing service the day before. 3-food is very limited.
