โFalse informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!โ
โA place where you can rest assured, because Ms. Milena Nikolova is a great professional :) The breakfast is excellent, as are the pools.....but the Spa center leaves a lot to be desired.โ
โA 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.โ

The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid.
The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts.
The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still.. The spa offers a range of hot/cold exposure plus massages and other services.

โIt was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasnโt really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. Weโre heavy sleepers so itโs wasnโt a problem for us, but itโs not quite โsoundproofโ as the listing says. Thatโs the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...
โBeautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning. โ
โEvery yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. โ
