"Nice location when sightseeing in the area. The AC did not work and would only output heat for all of the heating, cooling, and fan-only options. We struggled to open a window to get the temperature down. We messed up when booking a room and ended up with a room that didn't have a shower/bath."

"The staff were wonderful. The beds are futons and bit too firm for me but otherwise the hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was terrific. First floor laundry and the ability to check if washers or dryers were available right from the room TV was very convenient! I would definitely go back."

"An excellent hotel a few minutes walk from Seibu-Chichibu station which has both train and bus connections. Lots of dining and shopping options around including at the station itself. Easy walk to main areas including Chichibu Shrine. Ohanabatake station is also very near to visit other places such as Nagatoro. 7-Eleven and Family Mart close to hotel. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and good breakfast selection. Would definitely recommend."
