“We love staying at Gaia anytime we are in the area. Their beds are comfortable, the property is beautiful and staff is friendly. This trip and our previous trip we ended up having to wait for our room to be ready, as it was apparently still being cleaned. Being that the check in is at 4 and we didn’t get keys to our room until close to 5. Haven children with us and after traveling all day this felt stressful having to stay in our car an additional hour. I asked if we would be credited for that...

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Tv, wifi, and phone didn't work in the room. Floors were disgusting, water didn't work in bathtub, I made multiple complaints. No one was on site, not even another guest which was super weird. Owner/management yelled at me over the phone and threatened to come beat me, called me multiple names as well. Cops were called of course nothing could be done in their end. I left the property for my safety”

“처음 와이파이 안되고 수건 더러운방 배정.심지어 호텔전화까지 먼지가 뽀얗게 앉았음..방 바꿔달래서 다행히 바로 바꿔줌..확연히 다른분위기..힘들게 하루종일 운전하고 기진맥진해서 들어온 손님한테 와이파이 안되고 지저분한 구석방 주는 저의는 무엇인가요? 제셍각엔 어떠한 손님이 와도 그방은 배정하면 안될것 같습니다.”

“Do not count on the continental breakfast. That was one of the main reasons I booked at super 8 it was more expensive than other hotels but at other super 8 motels I've gotten really good breakfast with self serve waffles a variety of fruit and pastries. This one had cold cereal or oatmeal as options no oatmilk for us dairy free people. So I over paid and got no breakfast. The room was as expected clean. The shower wasn't great the shower head was stuck on a weird setting and could not get it...
