"Toilet overflowed everywhere in entire space. Told front desk it wasn't flushing no one came to fix it I guess bc we went to use it and tried flushing before bc there was TP still in there and completely overflow immediately through out each room we had! Our tvs wouldn't work any night after asking front desk. Asked for new towels bc we were staying 4 nights and never gotten anymore than the 2 we had in room when we arrived.. annoying.. 2nd year we've stayed here and last year was an absolute perfect stay here but this year wasnt nothing like last! I had 4 kids with me last year and this year was just my 18 year old and myself so should have been MUCH easier to please as guests you'd think.. 🤔 Not sure we'll be back next year.."

"This place is horrible staff is horrible, security is horrible, property is old n dirty, bathroom leaks heavy, neighbors played loud music all day security said they couldn't do anything. The a/c was loud we couldn't here the tv. This place is ghetto. The shower curtain came from Walmart not traditional curve curtain like most hotels. Icing on cake was Christopher Cruz manager said there was nothing he could do because I paid through Expedia."

"Everything perfect, just the rolling shower was a problem, the whole bathroom get wet, bad for the next person to take a shower."

"I have stayed here a few times. I love it. Its peacful, quiet and quaint. There are no elevators though so be aware when booking. The pool and hot tub are 24 hours as long as you are quiet which is awesome after a long day in the parks. AC gets really cold. Room is a tad moist so could use some dehumidifiers but honestly thats common at most places down here. I think it was 25 minutes from epcot. A good amount of more residential driving. The area is going to get really built up soon but a nice hidden gem for now. Girl that checked me in thursday night was super nice. I cant wait to come back!"

"Hotel itself is very nice and so are staff. Refrigerator did not get cold and TV had really bad signal and I could not get clear picture on any channels."
