All items were offered at no additional cost and upon checking in, with lots of luggage from our previous stays in Scotland and Barcelona, Tiziano assisted us with all of it, welcomed us like we were family, drew out maps and points of interest, restaurants, areas to visit and detailed information to save us time and money leaving for the airport. "I had originally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but upon recommendation from the hotel clerk, upgraded to a room that had the bathroom inside. That was the best choice I could have made. The room was in an area that had been recently renovated. The room was very spacious with a separate living room, and a very modern and functional bathroom. "We had a bit of hard time to find our keys as we got there and nobody was at the reception desk. They don't speak English but we managed with google translate. Room was super nice and clean and is a 5 min drive to Treviso airport. We also find dining that was amazing, so overall a good experience."
