โOne of my favorite stays while I visited Nicaragua. It is not only because of the amazing views or the beautiful rooms, but the staff. They are warm and friendly, building connections and community. All staff members were great, but Keiling, Alejandro, and Omar went out of their way for me. โ
โPositive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast
Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.โ

The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enoughโ will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

โThis is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. โThe trails through the jungle around the lodge are incredible, and very well maintained. The owner and staff were very attentive, and I felt completely taken care of, from the moment my plane landed, until my return flight took off. The lodge owner matched me with a guide, Harold โThe Tiger,โ who took me on several grand adventures, hiking, kayaking, birding, touring white towns. This was the best stay Iโve ever had, anywhere! I plan on returning, soon. I can not recommend this place enough!!โ
โThis is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. โHotel Boutique Mosaico was a very pleasant revelation. HB Mosaico truly lived up to their reputation. It was exactly as you'd expect from this category and caliber of stay. The place was Amazing. Very well decorated, very open spaces. Fantastic atmosphere. Great breeze. Lots of natural light.
The pool temperature was refreshing but not shocking. It was a Great space for relaxing and cooling.
Breakfast...???!...Very much an Authentic Traditional meal, with "Gallo Pinto", eggs, and fried sweet...
