“Very good”

“The rooms are improperly labeled. I had reserved a queen room and it had a double bed in it. After going to the front desk about it, I was informed that there are no queen beds and we would have to pay more to upgrade into a king. They weren’t very nice about it, and I had to pay more money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“A good hotel for its money. Responsive staff. The shuttle works on schedule.”

“Trash is always over flowing through out the property. The elevator does not work. You trip on mats holding the side doors open. Stairwells are extremely hot. Looks like puke and cat litter on the steps.”

“Had to wait at front desk to check in for 20 minutes. Clerk was out walking around. Stayed here last year, great stay. This year everything looks run down and tired. Not even a hair dryer in room. Not going to book anymore stays here.”

“The room was not clean upon arrival. Used towels were left on the bathroom floor, the TV was still on, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest checked out. It seemed that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. The hallways had an overwhelming amount of air freshener or spray, which made it difficult to breathe. We checked almost five different rooms, but they all had similar issues. The strong smell in both the rooms and hallways made our children...

“the night desk person was very loud. might as well had been right in my room. that was until about midnight. that person was sleeping at the desk when I went to check out at 8am. The beds were very uncomfortable.”
