“A great stay”

“The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. “Close to Stansted airport. Right before the highway is a gas station, so that you can fill the tank before returning a rental car.”

“noisy particularly lower floor. Guest upstairs were making too much noise. Staff tried helping but no other room was available and they said they would talk to the guest, but nothing changed. TV also was limited to channels and I would expect smart TV for price and quality”

“It was very shabby and it smelt bad. It is conveniently situated for the centre of Clacton but it was very noisy and so I didn't sleep well. There was very little space in the bathroom. They don't do breakfasts so I had to schlep round town in the heat trying to find somewhere. On a positive note the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in.”
