"The passcode system was glitchy to enter the building when we first arrived. There was no one in the office, so text messaging had to be used. That incurred a long wait and we weren't sure if were getting in. Those issues could attributed to the fact we online reserved the afternoon before, less than 24 hours. There was construction on Granville adjacent to the building. We were out all day so that didn't bother us."

"They have been very sweet every time we stay there! It was my son’s birthday and they even brought him a little cake / dessert. We love staying here. They are very caring and easy going. "

"Spent 1 night at this property. The bed waa amazing and everything was clean. It was so easy to book online and extremely easy to self check in. All the communication from the staff was extremely explanatory and so simple to follow. Definitely rate this place a 5 star. Centrally located to access places in dartmouth and the halifax bridges. Will stay here again for sure. 2 thumbs up."

"The Thomas 2 br suite was nice, clean, and very spacious. It was nice to have some extra space. It is on a busy road, which could be noisy if you're a very light sleeper. Had a great stay. "

"After reading the comments here, we were prepared for everything. But there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Of course, it's not a 5-star-hotel, but it was more than OK for a stay for one night before catching the next flight. The room was clean, comfortable, the WiFi worked fine, and Chinese staff was friendly. The bus stop for airport bus no. 320 is some 10-minutes-walk away as is the promenade. The price at the time we booked was not bad. Would stay again."

"Definitely a good value for this price. We got a 3 bedroom apartment (no common sitting area though), no TV but I don't use hotel TV anyway. There is a full kitchen so good for family with kids. Also keep in mind there is no A/C. They provide a fan for each room. So check weather condition and make sure you are prepared."
