“Place was perfect. Very friendly staff upon arrival and throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable and even had their own personal terraces with hammocks. The hotel had its own private beach area (although the water isn’t great to get it in as it is very rocky and muddy) it had an amazing view and setting. Hammocks and beach chairs. The restaurant was very cute & had some good food ”

“The staff was very friendly and the grounds were kept up nicely. The map that they gave us of the complex was not accurate. It was hard to find the heated pool. The map showed pathways that were not there. All in all it was a good stay, just a bit inconvenient for people with health problems.”

“We were very impressed with this stay. Check in desk was easy and the people so friendly. The location is perfect, beach front! Property was clean and appeared they were only making more improvements. I'll recommend to friends and be sure to stay again when I have more than 1 night.”

“The staff was accomedating answering questions about the booking because the Hotels.com isn't helpful or clear. You can't use Affirm through this third party. Once checked-in everything got better. Probably the best staff Hospitality a hotel can offer. I drove 2500 miles to see Keywest and Billy Currington Concert on Friday. This hotel has parking and I enjoyed parking my car to walk every where i could in such a short time. The train was also helpful so i could get history and layout of town....

“This is a very nice property. The location is a block or two away from bars, restaurants, etc. There is not parking on site, but they will direct you to a lot that is a quick 10 minute walk away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The continental breakfast was amazing. Fresh croissants from a local bakery, coffee from a local roaster, yogurt and cheeses. The true highlight is the staff. They made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We will stay here again...

“I like that it was a different experience being on a house boat. There was an unpleasant smell outside. I liked the location. I didn't like that you could only use their soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap and they gave you enough of these for 1 day. I understand the use of these soaps but it should have been mentioned in the literature. Also getting into bed was tough as their was about a foot of space. Next time I'd rent one of their cottages. I found in my discovery of the local area that you did not have to spend a large bit of money to eat at 1 of the local area restaurants every night, because a short walk up the street is a great little market that has some pretty good hot meals instead of eating out..! You will find a nice pool to relax in and in your room you should find a small fridge large enough to hold all...

“We received info on how to check in via self-service. Very easy to check in and get our key to the lodge. Lodge itself was clean and adorable. We loved sitting on the deck watching the water and the floating tikis. Would go back for sure”
