"Sparkly clean new rooms, friendly helpful front desk staff. The rooms are quite small but we expected that from the pictures. Could use some drawers, but we stored luggage under the bed and hung our pack bags on the wall hooks to save floor space. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Amazing stay at the CityInn Plus Hotel! Location-wise it is right by the train station and not far from the local airport bus station. The rooms can be tight however, from cleanliness to the hotel service everything was so amazing! "I found this hostel to be "a posh hostel" and it has a very good location, due to it being situated in the middle of the entertainment district in Taipei. There is a karaoke venue in the building and light sleepers would be wise to bring some quality earplugs with them. Even though I stayed at the hostel during a weekend, I was not in any way bothered by noise from other guests coming back from a night out on the town. The staff kept the hostel clean."

"The hotel was a little bit hard to find at first especially now that the MRT station is under construction. It took us a few minutes but we managed to find it eventually after much searching. Hotel address did not reflect the street name and this was part of the problem. Google maps wasn't much help either. It just indicated we have arrived without ever indicating exactly where the hotel is. The closest MRT station is the NT Hospital (R 09) stop on the red line. From there take take the M4...

"Convenient location and clean room. Pillows kinda too soft even when stack two pillows for use. Will be better if there is water dispenser in lobby area for guests to fill water, instead of requesting for bottles water periodically. "

"I would give 4 stars to this property. Although the room is small, it is expected. All the necessity are ready, including slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair dryer...and a bathtub too. It's perfect actually. However, i have to deduct 0.5 star that when i check-in at 18:30 and walked into the room, the room was not cleaned, I have to report to the staff and then wait for 15 minutes until it is cleaned for me to move in. I need to deduct another 0.5 stars because the soundproofing is not...

"The property is very aged. The furnitures in the room are very cheap. The whole place feels more like a low cost student hostel than a hotel. For the price, it's certainly not worth it."
