Clean room with hot water however the shower head was very dated so limited water would come out during showers. Roughly 10 min walk from Taiwan central station. No windows in room

Had a decent stay at this hotel. It is pretty close to Taipei Main Station, and as soon as you walk in, there's a self-check in terminal to get your room key. There's also a front desk if you'd prefer to check in at reception. The room itself was decent, had good a/c, and was clean. Breakfast was paid in advance and it was your standard Taiwan continental-style breakfast, complete with several different choices for bread, plus fruits and salad, as well. What I didn't enjoy was having to clean my own table and carry my tray to the other side of the room when I was finished eating. I'm a guest - not an employee, and this shouldn't a responsibility of the guest. Overall, I would consider staying here again simply for the location and price.

The cleaners are good, I had fresh towels everyday, they clean the room daily. Staff were courteous, but need to improve their English communication skills. Breakfast though good, also need assortments.

Convenient location near Taipei Train Station. Room was good but furnishings a bit dated. The biggest issue was the bathroom. It was small, and the shower was a high tub in the corner which you had to climb over a wall to get into--definitely a slipping hazard. Plus, the sliding glass doors were poorly designed such that two of them were pulled together at a 90-degree angle on a corner to close. Of course, they didn't close properly or completely seal, so each night, there was a mini-flood on the bathroom floor after showers. Plus, there was no place to hang wet towels. There was one rack over the toilet, but that didn't provide enough vertical room for tall bath towels, or enough horizontal room for realistically more than one towel. More hooks on walls would have been a simple fix. It was no surprise when we saw a sign near the room safe under the hanging wardrobe warning folks not to hang wet towels over the safe at the risk of damaging the electronic panel. I can only assume a prior guest had done so and broken the safe.
