“Everything was perfect except for Checking-In to get my room. Check-In time was 3pm. Got there a little after 2:45pm and was just seeing if our room was ready. The lady said not yet which was fine since I was initially early so I just sat and waited in front of the desk. By 3:50pm, I saw the lady grab her purse and leave so I went to other employee. I asked if my room was ready yet and he said that there were other rooms available so he quickly checked me in and I went up to my room. Why...

“Picked up a ride with Lyft from the airport and arrived in about 10 minutes. Took a one block stroll to a great Irish pub and had lunch. Several other restaurants and breweries to choose from within walking distance. Our room was on the 12th floor, the rooms’ window was huge and provided a great landscape view of the city.”

“The staff was friendly, kind and efficient.”

“I loved the clean facility and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was no hot water in our room the first two nights - extremely quick and cold showers. And the pool was closed for maintenance which was the whole reason I booked the room in the first place.”
