“The room was noisy. Could hear dog barking in one of rooms, a kid crying in night in another. Parking was super tight. Room clean.”

“First up we were told after we paid that a $200 holding fee would be held for 28 days, if we had paid cash we could have got that back on check out. For the price I was shocked that the expectation was we had to wash up, although no sink just a bucket you could fill up in the shower to wash your dishes. “It was a very unpleasant trip because of the rude owner. The garden is not refurbished, so it is not pretty enough to take a walk and there is nothing to see.”

“We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future.”

“Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! ”
