“Great, breakfast was a little disorganised but still nice”

“Our room was very nice and looked clean. The garden views were lovely.The bathroom needs attention. The toilet was wobbly. We only had one hand towel and one shower gel. The bath towels would have fitted my 3 year old granddaughter. In the corners of the bath there were bad mould stains. It really didn't look nice at all. The planes were very noisy but that is to be expected so close to the airport! On the plus side, the staff were great and very helpful. The food was delicious at dinner. There...

“All was good except got food poisoning from supper meal. Had Chicken sandwich with salad so the chicken or the hard boiled egg was bad. I know it wasn’t the lettuce as I shared the lettuce with my husband and he did not get sick. Also disappointed no free refill on my soda. Breakfast looked lovely but didn’t dare eat for fear I was not fully recovered from the night before.”

“Like staying in a castle! The stone building is around 350 years old. I was prepared for it to be cold in the room with the slate floor but I was perfectly comfortable. However, there were heaters there to use if needed - including a heated towel rack in the bathroom! No breakfast included which suited us since we had an early flight out of Belfast. Everything is provided to make nice cups of tea. This will be our most memorable stay of the 2 weeks on the island. Lots of lovely character! ”

“Our stay in the pods was good. The bathroom space was very small, and cramped. The web page listed free wifi was available, but that is only available in the common areas and does not reach to the rooms/pods. The staff were very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was good & reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our room had mold on the backs of the curtains, which made the pod smell of mold - but was otherwise clean.”

“Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Stilvoll angerichtet, mit selbstgebackenen Brot und gescmacklich Hevorragend. Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen kurzfristigen Heizungsausfall, das wurde aber mit einer mobilen Heizung und der sehr warmen Dekch wieder wettgemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und dann auch für länger!”
