"The most unique fact is l did not know the place was actually the old Poinciana hotel with a slight make over, big price increase and hard to believe genuine reviews. They are large rooms without floor coverings and crap showers without even wardrobes."

"Staff were amazing, we had a big group of people and they were very accomodating changing room requests leading up to the stay. When we arrived they were super responsive to all our needs including kayak hire and first aid kits. The sunset was incredible and relaxing on the pontoon and in the pool was equally beautiful. Highly recommend. "
