The reception staff were welcoming, respectful, and cooperative, creating an excellent first impression. My room was comfortable, well organized, and very clean, with clear attention to detail.

I approached the front desk manager and I showed him my confirmation e-mail which proves that my booking is for a double room with breakfast for TWO. He still insisted to give me the room without breakfast. I approached Hotels.com and they assured me that my booking is confirmed with breakfast for TWO. However the hotel front desk still did not...
