“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. “Beautiful view, clean and updated hotel. Our unit was right in front of the pool and sometime there were loud noises early morning or late night. The hotel management needs to do a better job enforcing quiet hours so guests nearby pool area can enjoy serenity. We woke up one morning at 6 in morning by a patron splashing in the swimming pool and when I informed the security guard, he did nothing to prevent the loud disturbance. ”

“Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home.
