James Island 3 Stars Hotels

Great location, loved the water view!!!

Room, bar, staff, everything was on point. Kitchen was quick with food when we got it and ease of getting in and out of the facility was easy!

Booked this hotel for my parents as a surprise 70th birthday trip. Exchanged lovely messages with the hotel manager in advance of their trip. They loved their stay, saying: the location, historic building, and staff were fantastic. Both ladies, Abigail and Molly, were super friendly and helpful when it comes to either accommodation or advice on what to see, etc. They offer daily tours of the building to guests where you can learn its rich history. They have nice evening treats for guests like...

We like the evening shuttle service to downtown Charleston the drop off point had great restaurants near by and the driver was friendly and fun. Shared a two bed room suite with friends loved having the common area.

Loved all the in suite amenities. Oven, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer etc

The location was perfect and the staff was extremely helpful with finding great dining experiences. Park your car and leave the keys in the room because walking the city is half the experience and this location is perfect. Several previous reviews complained about the noise, but we found it minimum. Besides, when you book a hotel in the heart of a busy city and expect complete silence that's your fault. Stay at Fulton Lane Inn and you will not be disappointed.

It was clean and had many conveniences.

While not quite downtown, a great value for modern hotel comfort. Overall great experience and would stay here again. I specially appreciated hassle free free self parking.

Nice establishment.

Our stay here was a 10/10! Everything we wanted to do was just a quick drive away. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Everything is very well kept. I highly recommend this place!

Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a...

Really one of the best Holiday Inn’s I ever stayed in. They clearly take pride in keeping this place clean and maintaining furniture etc.. Was in town for a wedding and was left impressed. Wish other hotel chains took pride in their locations like this. Thank you

Shannon was a great hostess.

Had an excellent stay and received warm, helpful reception from Ms. Livy at the front desk when we arrived around midnight. The facility is close to many great food options, shopping centers, and nature walking trails. The facility and room were very clean, pet friendly, accessible, and well stocked to our needs. Definitely recommend!

The Meeting Street Inn creates a true historic Charleston vibe. From the moment you step into the lobby you are transported back i to a gracious time. Their wine, cheese and fruit reception is lovely and their complementary cookies an milk at night were just a perfect ending to a day of exploring. The historic house rooms are spacious with wonderfully high ceilings and comfortable bed and furnishings. I highly recommend this Inn.

Very friendly staff and very willing to make your stay enjoyable. This hotel had so much charm. Very close to the market just around the corner.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again.

We have stayed at the property numerous times, and it’s one of our favorites. The rooms are spacious & immaculately clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The location is fantastic for families. You can easily get to Mt. P, IOP, Sullivan’s, downtown. There’s a playground & splash pad within walking distance. The kids love the pool at the hotel. They also loved the daily manager’s reception every evening. They were able to get drinks & snacks while waiting for dinner. Flood in the restaurante is...

Very comfortable! Would recommend this place.

Seantell goes out of her way to make your arrival as easy as possible. The room was absolutely perfect and so clean. It was set up like something out of a magazine. I felt honored to stay there.
