“The property seemed to be still under construction. Equipment in Common Amenity Room like Carrom Board was of pure quality. Other table games were miniature, low-end versions. Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. But other Room had a Smart TV with very limited options and no channels. Restaurant charges are too high. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are...

“Hotel is good but a little further away from the lonavala city but quite peaceful. It was just two months old so lot of work on the exterior and a few on the interior was still undergoing. We had stayed for two nights and had enjoyed it quite muc”

“The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets.”

We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary.
