“Very fast wifi internet. I had serious meetings and was so worried but I was fully covered. The air conditioning system is excellent. Amazing place near the City Centre.”

“This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.”

“They don't answer all the calls from customers. Never Never go there.”

“The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Ritah helped me arrange a shoebill tour. Each meal was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here!”

“Shakirah in the restaurant, Dorothy in the restaurant and Hillary at the front office were all so warm and hospitable.”

“Dennis was a very kind and amazing host. He arranged the pick up from the airport for us and even gave us a ride to the restaurant in town that we wanted to go to. The room was very neat and had air conditioning. ”

“This is a wonderful place. Everything was great except slow wifi even though this level of internet speed must be better than most hotels in uganda.”
