“Great front desk service! Peter was such a friendly and welcoming employee for us when we checked in and he made sure that everything went as smooth as possible during our stay. Clean hotel and very comfortable!”

“There was a stale urine smell in the room we stayed in a large soppy wet spot next to the bed which I assumed was the source of the urine smell there was a used nasty wash cloth hanging up in the bathroom with brown stuff all over it the toilet paper holder metal hardware was laying on the floor by the toilet under the sheet on the bed had human hair clumps and to top it all of there was kids from a hockey tournament in the hallway shooting ice cubes everywhere they had nets set up the staff...

“Waterpark was wonderful for our grandchildren (all 6 and under). Rooms were very nice. The Pub, onsite , served delicious sandwiches. The continental breakfast had many, many choices. Staff were very friendly.”

“At first sight our room seemed decent. It wasn't until I dropped the remote and noticed how dirty it really was...There was pet food on the floor in a few places(PET FREE ROOM!), a black comb, hair ties and a moldy cup all stashed behind the nightstand. The public hot tub was absolutely disgusting! Green, slimy algae around the whole tub! I expected a better stay coming from Wyndham. Very disappointed. Will NOT be staying here again!”

“All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the indoor pool was nice. The only issues we had were that the key reader on our door required multiple attempts before unlocking the door and the beds were a little too firm. I will still book with them again, though. ”
