“Nice, helpful,and welcoming staff. The Waterfall house was in an excellent location and very spacious with nice views, quiet and separate from the other cottages. Surrounded by gardens. Staff was kind to let us check-in early .The down side: The stove did not work well and the fireplace was out of service, and the kitchen was limited regarding pots and pans and other items. Bathrooms need a good spring cleaning. ”

“The room is excellent. Large and very nicely furnished and appointed. To check in you have to find the waitress in the pizza restaurant; it’s that kind of place. She was pleasant and helpful. The elevator does not work and it doesn’t seem likely to in the foreseeable future. ”

“We were a little bummed the larger pool was going to be closed for one of the full days we had but we were able to utilize it the day of check in before we got our room which was very nice! I had let the staff know we were celebrating our anniversary and they sent up a nice very unexpected surprise. The staff, especially Lisa was so nice! The room was great and the spa and pools were great even if one was a bit of a walk, me and my family had a great experience. The area is so quiet and relaxing...

“This is a very old property that's been nicely updated. It's a great location walkable to all of downtown Guernville. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. On the downside, you definitely hear your neighbors walking around, talking, toilets flushing and showers running. It wasn't bad enough for me not to stay there again. It's just an old building. It's also VERY pricey for what you get! ”

“The location couldn't be better for this little B and B two blocks off the main square on a quiet stretch of North St. The staff are great and for an old house there's surprisingly little noise through the walls. The daily wine pours were most welcome. But it is an old house, full of creaks and ready for some refurbishing.”
