"We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. "

"We loved the “open to the sky” shower with a big rain head fitting. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were amazing & really friendly and respectful. They use local produce really well. Wifi is complimentary in the Reception area but SAT20 per day otherwise. The pool area is beautiful and has its own “swimup” bar "

"The air conditioner in the room was amazing! Also all of the hotel staff were great - very kind and friendly and made sure I had what I needed and answered all my questions. I was even able to arrange a ride to the airport (for a fee) with them. The breakfast is Chinese food which was fun and the dishes changed every day and some of it was really good (my favorite was this okra dish). FYI there’s no elevator. "Lovely place, staff friendly, the lovely lady that cooked the meals was awesome, she was there from breakfast to then end of dinner, sad we left early in the morning so couldn’t thank her, but she always made sure our meals were lovely 😊 "

"There is a long driveway from the road that leads to the hotel property however there are no road side signs telling you where to turn in so even with GPS it's easy to miss. "

"The noise from some of the quests in the hotel went till 2:00am in the morning need to look into it and control by the hotel. The breakfast need to improved a little bit as well. Overal the rooms are very accomodate and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Thank you Alec's Hotel."

I tried contacting the number listed but it’s an incorrectly listed number so we weren’t able to get directions to the home. An Expedia agent tried to as well and couldn’t get in contact with the place neither.
