"Staff was wonderful and supplied us with an entrance pass to the fabulous Kunsthaus museum. Location was very good for walking the city and near the central train station. Breakfast had many choices including omelette."

"Delightful little hotel in a great location. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Service was excellent. They even had an umbrella to lend us for the rain. Front desk person, who was working their first day, was excellent. Would stay again. "

"This hotel was exactly as expected, however there is a very loud church bell that sounds at 7:00 and then every 15 minutes after. Not ideal if you’d like to sleep in at all."

"First people need to know to use the Tram from the train station. The walk involves hills and stairs, very hard with suitcases. Suggest you go to the Info Center in the train station before you head to the hotel. It was very helpful. You can book transportation and tours in the SBB office in the train station as well. The hotel is totally self serve, you communicate via WhatsApp, so very out of synch, not helpful. The room and bathroom were very nice with air conditioning. The Tram is just...

"Walkable to the main train station. Good choice of restaurants around the hotel. Small grocery stores nearby. Comfortable room with everything needed for a few nights stay. "

"The location was right in the old town with loads of action and lots of outdoor cafes. not far from the river and lakes. Coop supermarket nearby as was the main station. Only real downside was the entry where you had to carry your heavy bags up some 20 stairs. No porter."
