"Overall, everything was fine, but I was quite surprised that the room did not include slippers and a dental kit. Having previously worked in the hotel industry, I know how important it is to provide guests with these basic amenities as part of their comfort. I understand that hotel policies may vary, but it would be great if these essentials could be included for added convenience."

Everything was perfect (safe, SUPER convenient location, clean, etc.) and the check-in and check-out system (they have these self-serve machines so you don't have to wait in line or go up to the desk) was the most efficient and innovative thing I've ever experienced at a hotel. DEFINITELY will be back, this has become our new go-to stay in Toronto. Thank you!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The beds were very comfy but the pillows have no neck support. We loved how close it was to Millennium park and how walkable the area was for finding dining options and seeing the sights. It’s only about one city block from the Art Institute and we got to walk by those beautiful lions every day. We did not try the restaurant but did have a drink at the Lockwood bar. The drinks were well balanced but it took forever to get drinks; I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order at the bar with three bartenders. We didn’t see any waiters to help either. "
